Road To Truly Yours Post 3
Sorry my life has turned in a bad direction but im a pull thru. Truley
Yours will be done by the New Year and that my promise to everyone. I
just wrote a full song that has to be layed down. Not to sure its Truly
Yours qualified but none the least its the first complete track on the
journey. with a few verses written to a few tracks I plan on dropping
something by Black Friday ( or Friday). The sound and mesh just have to
be right and picking the right beats to tell the story I want to tell is
the hardest part next to puttin my emotion into the song it self. Im
also working on the album art work as well. STAY TUNED

lOka Poetry
I've been writing poetry for years. I started when I was in the 6th grade; a friend introduced me to the concept. I used it as a form of relief, a diary almost, where I could release all the thoughts I could never find the words to express orally.
I have books upon books of poems and they are very personal to me...each tells a story and they're all real. The few who have heard or read my poetry always tell me that I need to publish it, so here goes. I'm stepping out.
I hope to combine all my poetry and publish it; that's one of my goals.
My poems are truly:
A doorway to my mind, A window to my soul, and a key to my heart.

Studying the cracks in the wall
Dissecting the circumstances that bring pause to my brain
Maybe I'm over-thinking but it all seems so trivial
Temporary things causing serious pain...
We stress over the littlest things
We take the action of others to heart
We're emotional beings and we act it
Easier to lash out then play smart...
Why do we consume energy
Why do we designate our time
To the negativity that envelopes us
We do it to ourselves, that's the true crime...
Life is simple
We live then we die
That's inevitable, but it's about what we do while we're alive
But putting it so bluntly makes people cry...
We're always searching for answers
But few of us value the truth and what's real
We want everything instantly
From retirement down to an everyday meal...
Everyone has an opinion
But rarely do they practice what they've preached
We could all live content
If only the layer of superficial, materialism could be breached...

I was looked down on I never put my voice out there I let everyone else do there songs and I dissed the ones who threw all there bullshit out. I was told to stop hating and if so do better. I seen the one women I wanted to support me for my lyrical ability support others who were trash. and that hurts Now I got that same person tellin me to put something out. I got a total stranger that became my best friend pushing me as hard as possible to do it.I find my self more upset with hip-hop not sayin I dont love it but very disgusted with the state of hip-hop that I almost walked away from the one thing that keeps me going. since the offense of this music shit is tryna go up by 10, I gotta get back into the game. its time to put the press on and show yall that its not a fluke. half of yall will look past this but the real will see this post and began to watch. I wont disappoint.If i never had a chance, Now I got it and im a show up when my numbers called.
